Derek Bodell graduated from University of Delaware with a degree in Environmental Science. He currently lives in Lancaster and is seeking housing closer to us. Most recently he worked as a landscape installer in Lititz, PA (Tim’s hometown) where he worked on flood plain restoration, soil lifts, controlled invasive plants, etc. He also worked in a maintenance role while in college where he performed tasks like plumbing (pulling toilets), HVAC, electrical and carpentry. He earned a GIS certification and started a bass fishing club at UDEL.
