The primary role of this administrative position is to schedule appointments via phone or email with clients (Homeowners and Real Estate Agents). Appointments consist of testing homes for impurities in their drinking water, mold, radon, septic inspections, sewer inspections, and well yield tests.
You’ll be responsible for providing STELLAR customer service. You should be able to establish an encouraging rapport quickly because of your positive attitude and ability to connect with the client. You should love talking on the phone, know the geography of our service area, and be able to piece together a constantly evolving puzzle. Having fun at work is important to us too. With your commitment, we will teach you how to schedule appointments using a specific step by step process. Weekend shift required.
Looking for someone that can effectively and efficiently juggle multiple tasks at one time and not lose their cool. Account management, customer service, sales and/or real estate experience preferred. Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily required.
