General Laborer

This position will primarily assist our Inspectors in the field with digging in order to locating and access septic systems for visual inspections. Also connecting hoses to pressure tanks to determine the yield among other duties. A typical work day may involve driving for prolonged period of time (1-4 hours per day), continuously standing, walking, carrying and lifting. A physical requirement of the job includes the ability to lift upwards of 100 lbs. Frequent bending and squatting. Occasional crawling and climbing a ladder. Willingness to work in all various types of weather. Occasionally accessing and traversing crawl spaces. Growth opportunities within the company are available. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A clean driving record is required. Paid on-the-job training is provided. Experience utilizing heavy equipment, towing, landscaping or construction is preferred. Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT Physical. Strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and basic computer skills are required. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is also required, in addition to successfully passing a criminal background check.
