William Scott Thompson joined Home Land Septic Consulting in March 2015. He is a Veteran, having spent over six years serving in the United States Army as an Air Traffic Controller. He was deployed to Afghanistan, stationed in Germany at Mannheim, Fort Bragg and Shank Air Force Base. After the military, Scott worked in business to business sales for a government contractor. His vast experience includes the water treatment industry, well drilling, telecommunications and document management. When he’s not working, Scott assists his dad with their family’s charter fishing business. Scott, his wife Natalie, and their three children reside in Pennsylvania.

‍Why do you work here? The comradery and level of professionalism within the company and the ability to help educate customers and agents on how their septic and well components function.

‍What is the most surprising thing about this job? No job is the same! Every job brings new scenarios and different hurdles to overcome.
