Eric Garrett
Eric was our first employee at Home Land Environmental, formerly known as Home Land Septic Consulting. He is an accomplished real estate inspection professional specializing in septic evaluations, well yields, and water quality testing. He is a proven leader responsible for our team of Environmental Inspectors. He has a thorough knowledge of the real estate transaction process, septic and well regulations in Maryland as well as environmental constituents. He is a licensed Apprentice Pump Installer through MDE’s State Board of Well Drillers and an Educational Instructor for Continuing Education electives.  Eric grew up in Southern Maryland and currently resides in Western Howard County. Born and raised here, he loves our proximity to the mountains, ocean, lakes, small sleepy towns, and larger metropolitan areas. He is an active member of the Howard County Association of Realtors. He sits on the board of the Education Community where he works closely with real estate agents planning charitable and marketing events. Eric won Affiliate of the Year through HCAR for 2017. He also serves as Vice President of Maryland Onsite Wastewater Professional Association (MOWPA) where he is the voice for the real estate community.  His highest career achievement to date has been building and developing a successful team to provide the best possible experience for our clients.
