Holly comes to us with a background in Business Administration and Marketing. She graduated with her B.S. degree from Strayer University in 2006. She previously held the role of Custom Interiors Coordinator at Oak Crest for the past 9 years where she handled the interior decorating of individual senior living units as well as handling the finances, customer relations and day to day operations.  Her work experience also includes Marketing Research, Sales, Human Resources and Dining. Holly currently lives in Perry Hall, MD with her husband and two young sons.  She enjoys spending quality time with her family as well as taking trips to the beach and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.

Why do you do what you do?  I was really excited to come work at a company that had a family atmosphere and the ability to help Tim’s vision come to fruition.

What is your favorite part of your job? I love helping people, so I enjoy helping our clients and hopefully taking some of their stress away during the process.

What do you find surprising about your job? Each day has surprises, but I find that each one is also a lesson that helps me grow professionally.

What’s the best professional advice you have been given? In life people are going to push you and try to break you down but it is your ability to overcome, that makes you stronger.
