Jessica has a background in sales, marketing and recruiting. Jessica graduated from Towson University with a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing and Public Relations. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, son and daughter, as well as cheering for the Baltimore Ravens.

‍Best professional advice you have ever heard? Have integrity no matter what. Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching. It takes courage and it’s not easy, but nothing worth having is ever easy.

‍What is the best perk at your job? Spending everyday with people that I genuinely love. They inspire me and motivate me. I hope I do the same for them. And jeans… never underestimate a boss that lets you wear jeans! It’s the best.
