‍BALTIMORE – On Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Home Land Environmental (HLE) acquired Environmental Testing Laboratory Inc. (ETL) including two laboratory locations. Available 7 days a week, HLE serves both Maryland and Pennsylvania REALTORS since 2004 and specializes in property evaluations for real estate transactions. ETL was established in 1984 with locations in both Annapolis and Waldorf, MD. With a total of three laboratory locations located throughout Maryland, clients can expect accurate and speedy results for water and mold analysis.This acquisition positions Home Land to be the largest drinking water laboratory in Maryland.

The acquisition of ETL allows HLE to expand their services, as well as benefit from ETL’s strong history of radon testing, wastewater analysis, and public water systems monitoring.

ETL humbly began with a few wastewater clients and after being approached by several real estate agents, began sampling and analyzing drinking water for real estate transactions.
