Transaction Coordinator

Towson, MD

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will acts a primary liaison with clients to schedule appointments via phone or email (Homeowners and Real Estate Agents). Appointments consist of testing homes for impurities in their drinking water, mold, radon, septic inspections, sewer inspections, and well yield tests. Support all users on the origination and servicing systems.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of our field schedule
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provides administrative support to our field team
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the inspection process
